This must be one of the best cheap low deposit holidays offers, if you need to book an exotic holiday now, but don’t have the money available to pay a full deposit.
Monarch fly from major regional airports to destinations in Africa, Indian Ocean but you will likely need to make your way to a southern airport (ie London Gatwick) to fly to Caribbean destinations.
